J.G. Madison has grown out of a love for finely crafted furniture.
Its creator and Master Craftsman Jack Schlechtweg, inspects every
piece that leaves the workshop. His Gold signature on the piece is
testimony that it has met with his demanding specifications. His goal
is to exceed each customer's expectations by crafting products that are
heirloom quality.
J.G. Madison Creations is unlike many other furniture manufacturers in
that the product is not mass-produced, each piece is hand crafted.
Some of our more popular pieces may be stocked. Other pieces are limited
addition pieces (usually only 10 made). Still others are "One of a Kind"
(the only one available is pictured on site). In addition we will work with
our customers to customize a standard design or help create their own in a
size or style that fits their need.
Pieces can be finished in a variety ways (crackled, distressed, finely finished)
using stains or paints. In all cases the customer will receive a firm quote and
an approximate ship date upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
